PC Gaming Show E3 2019 Conference Breakdown

Hitting right up to Microsoft’s level with a massive show full of games. The PC Gaming Show had over 30 games with gameplay, trailers, and interviews. The presentation was packed, so let’s go over all of the juicy details.

A space station simulator coming exclusively to PC.

Chivalry 2 Information and Trailer

A collaboration with the original developers and Tripwire, the team behind Killing Floor join forces for the next Chivalry.

Team objectives will evolve to more than standing in an area for a bar to reach max level. The missions in the PvP title will be more interactive like pillaging villages and sieging castles.

The combat is becoming more accessible and fluid. The revamped animations and systems will allow for a weightier experience while being fairer for less skilled players. This faster-paced sequel will even have a high-level cap than the original.

Coming early next year on the Epic Games Store.

Trailer for Mosaic 

Coming to all platforms sometime this year.

Midnight Ghost Hunt Trailer and Information

Taking a spin on the popular mod Prop Hunt, Midnight Ghost Hunt is a multiplayer action game. One team are ghosts who hide as props around the map while the hunters must investigate and take down the spirits. The twist is the ghosts can attack the other players.

A timer to midnight goes to initiate the ending of a match. When it is four minutes to midnight, then the ghosts previously taken down by hunters come back stronger than ever. Now the tables have turned, and the humans must survive until rescue can save them.

The release date was not announced, but it will come exclusively to PC.

Gameplay Trailer for Unexplored 2: The Wayfarers Legacy

This procedural title will focus on adventure, exploration, and survival in a vast world.

Samsung Monitor Announced 

The Samsung “27 CGR5 240hz monitor is the first G-sync monitor for gaming. The curved monitor will only cost $399.

Mutant Year Zero: Seed of Evil

Out July 30 for all platforms.

Moons of Madness Release Date

Out Oct. 31 for Xbox, PS4, and PC.

Conan Chop Chop

Initially, an April Fools joke, this chibi dungeon crawler comes Sept. 13 to all platforms.

Trailer for Last Oasis

Coming to PC on Sept. 13

Age of Wonders: Planetfall

This 4X strategy game is coming to Xbox, PS4, and PC on Aug. 6.

Trailer for Zombie Army 4: Dead War

Coming to Xbox, PS4, and PC. Watch the full gameplay trailer coming July 11.

Remnant: From the Ashes Gameplay Trailer

This coop action shooter will bring the looter shooter genre into extreme difficulty. Coming out Aug. 20 for Xbox, PS4, and PC.

Trailer for Griftlands

This card game involves duals, action, and negotiation. The variety of choices let players choose how they want to deal with different situations.

Coming July 11 on the Epic Games Store

Gameplay Trailer for Planet Zoo

This realistic zoo simulator focuses on a message about taking care of animals. To enhance immersion, animals will have their own unique behaviors and react to different situations around the zoo.

Coming to PC Nov. 5.

Trailer and Release Date for Shenmue 3

Coming out Nov. 19 for PS4 and PC.

Trailer for Songs of Conquest

This strategy game will have players explore a world to build an army and upgrade their towns. Adventures will be blended with turn-based combat to round out this experience.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2 PVP

Vermintide 2 is getting a PVP mode. There is no release date, but you can sign up for early access here.

Trailer for Per Aspera

A base-building strategy title coming next year for PC.

New Information on Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey

The open world game will follow a group of apes as they evolve into new species and explore the world around them. This survival game is coming Aug. 27 for PC.

Trailer for Auto Chess

A strategy game coming to the Epic Games Store. Release date TBA.

Trailer for Cristales

An indie homage to classic RPGs with a time altering mechanic. Coming to PC sometime next year.

Trailer for Valfaris

This 2D action-platformer that is full of violence and heavy metal. You can get your hands on it sometime this year for all platforms.

Borderlands 3 Interview

Paul Sage, the creative director of Borderlands 3, gave a lot of details about the upcoming looter shooter.

Weapons will be more in-depth. The example used was grenades will not only have one attribute. Instead of having an explosive that bounces, you can have one that bounces until it sticks onto an enemy.

Class mods are revamped to add more skills and layers to characters. Along with artifacts that will improve aspects like movement for a more fluid and faster-paced experience.

Endgame content involves the guardian system, an endless progression system full of new skills and skins. Any character on your account will gain some of these rewards.

Main bosses will have multiple phases for grander battles.

The level cap at launch will be 50.

Other systems from the previous titles return like duals and golden keys. Sage shied away from a question about other forms of PvP, so a possibility of expanding onto different ways to fight other players.

Borderlands 3 comes out Sept. 13 for Xbox, PS4, and PC.

Maneater Information

Tripwire’s shark RPG got a ton of new information. This open-world RPG will have an in-depth progression system along with a narrative to drive it forward.

Eating animals and people grow the shark. It not only gets bigger, but new elements like mutated lungs and metal teeth will give the beast more strength when surviving out in the open water.

The narrative goes through the eyes of a reality show that follows your shark and Scaley Pete, the game’s antagonist.

No release date is set yet, but it is coming exclusively to PC.

Terraria: Journey’s End Trailer

The new expansion for Terreria is coming soon. The free update includes new items, biomes, golf, and Master Mode for players looking for an added challenge.

Telling Lies Trailer and Presentation

This live-action interactive experience lets players dive into files and videos of four characters to unravel a mystery. The developers labeled this linear story as an “open world” due to the freedom of exploring this story in any way you want.

Warframe: Empyrean Teaser Trailer

The update is coming to Warframe with no release date yet. A full reveal is coming July 6.

Genesis Noir Trailer

An artsy, cosmic noir game with a mysterious trailer. The game is coming to PC with no set release date.

El Hijo Gameplay Trailer

This Western title is coming to all platforms sometime this year.

Baldur’s Gate 3

The upcoming sequel did not get much news except for a new tabletop game coming on Sept. 13.
